Strawberry salad in a glass

            Ingrédients
                    - 500g Savéol strawberries
- 50g icing sugar
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 lemon
Process
                                                - Chop the mint leaves finely.
- 
	Keep a few back for garnishing. 
- 
	Rinse and hull the strawberries. 
- 
	Blend half of the strawberries with the sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves until you obtain a smooth fruit puree. 
- 
	Halve or quarter the remaining strawberries, depending on their size. 
- 
	Put them in the glasses, then pour the sauce over them. 
- 
	Mix gently. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 
- 
	Prior to serving, remove the cling film and decorate with the remaining mint leaves. 
- 
	Serve very cold. Tip: just before serving, scatter a few coarsely chopped pistachios over them.
