Strawberry salad in a glass

Verrines fraises Savéol
  • 500g Savéol strawberries
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 lemon
  1. Chop the mint leaves finely.
  2. Keep a few back for garnishing.

  3. Rinse and hull the strawberries.

  4. Blend half of the strawberries with the sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves until you obtain a smooth fruit puree.

  5. Halve or quarter the remaining strawberries, depending on their size.

  6. Put them in the glasses, then pour the sauce over them.

  7. Mix gently. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  8. Prior to serving, remove the cling film and decorate with the remaining mint leaves.


  9. Serve very cold.


    Tip: just before serving, scatter a few coarsely chopped pistachios over them.
