Torino stuffed with goat's cheese

Torino farcie au chevre
Ingrédients
  • 6 Savéol Torino tomatoes
  • 1 log of goats’ cheese
  • 2 small tubs of ham batons
  • 60g fresh button or chestnut mushrooms
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Process
  1. Warm the ham batons and mushrooms in a frying pan.
  2. Scoop out the tomatoes after first slicing off a lid lengthwise.

  3. Cut the goats’ cheese in small pieces.

  4. Mix the mushrooms, ham batons and the goats’ cheese, then stuff the tomatoes with it.

  5. Add some herbes de Provence.

  6. Replace the lids of the tomatoes and bake in the oven mark 7 (180°C) for 35 minutes.
